To Ute's Family All of us, the undersigned German friends, are sending our sincere condolences on the passing away of your dear mother, grand-mother and great grand-mother. Although Ute had several health issues in recent years, her death was rather unexpected. We got to know Ute through our friend Inge about 24 years ago and had many happy lunch and "Kaffee und Kuchen" meetings. Ute had encountered many emotional and physical difficulties in her life, but she always retained her optimistic attitude. We all admired her tenacity to carry on, even when her mobility caused problems and she continued in her "mind over matter" mode. We shall all miss our loyal friend. Else, Hannelore and Erika
